And of all European countries, none stands for the entirety of Europe as well as France. Now, the French flag is blue, white, and red, representing, respectively liberty, equality, and fraternity. (This representation presupposes that Africa is culturally and ethnically homogeneous, which is of course a gross <I>mis</I>representation. So the way in which the anti-racism poster portrays Africa is itself racist. It seems as if the block is strangely fascinated by Africa, and yet simultaneously feels compelled to keep its distance.
